"Repair guy was the only one in the store, so was constantly interrupted by other customers. Apparently phone repair is just lowest priority. Took 2.5 hours for a screen replacement. They were supposed to replace the battery, but it appears they did not as the battery health was still at 81%. Tried to play it off as a defective replacement, but that’s hard to believe that the new battery would have the same 81% health as the old one. The screen works, but seems a bit “faded” compared to the original. Blacks aren’t quite as dark even after trying various brightness settings. The screen works, though."

"Service was good. You didn’t have the white screen for a 5S iPhone, so you used a black screen. Since that time, when I call a phone my screen is black when I go to hang up I can’t hang up. Can you let me know what this is cost from? In the upper part of the phone the earpiece by the time I get off the phone it’s really hot as well."

I have found over time that when Kroger doesn’t have a specialty bulb in stock, every time, I have found it at batteries and bulbs, and at a better price. Today, I had my iPhone screen replaced, at a price $40 cheaper than nearby competitor, and completed in half the estimated time. I rarely rate vendors, but you have made me a fan. Thank you."
