"I called Central Service to make a service appointment and Rodney thanked me for calling. He was able to add me to his list for the following day and told me he would call prior to the service visit which he did. The following day Rodney arrived and was very personable and professional. He immediately replaced our oven bulb then proceeded to diagnose our non-functioning GE Profile Microwave. The magnetron assy was shot and he had to replace it. Rodney placed a protective blanket on the floor and cleaned up the area after he repaired our appliances and tested them. I would highly recommend Rodney and Central Repair Services. Hopefully we will not need his expertise for awhile!"

"They were at my house within an hour of my phone call. Checked my dryer and was honest about my options. Instead of fixing my GE dryer, he recommended I purchase a new Whirlpool model at Lowe's. He even looked it up on their website and gave me all the info I needed. I highly recommend Central Repair Service!"

"We placed an order for our stovetop to be fixed & paid a deposit of $300.00. On the receipt it said 7-10 days of a wait time, but the repair man said it usually only take 3-5 days. I called on day 7 to see if the part was in, yet & was told: no updates as of yet & it's "stuck on a boat just like everything else in the world right now." I called back a week later to see if there were any updates and the man was extremely rude saying that he did not have a turnaround time on when the part would arrive for the repair. I tried to cancel the service all together and he responded rudely saying we wouldn't get our deposit back and since "they were out money, we would be out money." Even though the service was never rendered. Terrible service. The repair man did seem super nice, though. But their customer service....nope."

"I've used Central repair for many years and have always received great service. They have always returned my calls promptly and scheduled my service in a reasonable time. Before they arrive I always receive a call letting me know the tech is finishing the last job and will arrive shortly. The techs are very knowledgeable and friendly and generally diagnose and fix my problem quickly. If you expect free service, parts, labour etc...maybe try Google or YouTube instead. BTW...I put in a call for service at 9:10 am this morning and just received a call back at 9:35 am and scheduled tomorrow...doesn't get much better than that! Thanks for the great service!"
