"We scheduled an appointment on Thursday to have them come out to clear a clogged drain. After coming into our house without any shoe coverings and proceeded to walk on our very light bedroom carpet. (I put a sheet down to protect my carpet from their boots) Richard said he couldn't clear the drain with a snake and would come back the next morning at 8:00 to clear the clog by cutting a hole in the drywall. The mirror had to taken off the wall and as we were waiting for their 8am arrival the office called at 9am to cancel our appointment. They said they couldn't come until Monday. After scheduling another plumbing company they called Friday morning to say they had down time on their morning job and could come right away. I declined the offer. I will add that the other company was prompt and was able to clear the clog without cutting a hole in the wall."
