"The guy was quite rude the first trip out. For $95 an hour I want to know what you are doing and how you are fixing it. Not to be told that im stressing you out. They didn't check my utility room like I asked either. They had to come back and fix a pipe that didn't have a cap on it. I asked them to stay until my gas company came and checked it so they didn't have to come back out, they walked out drove off and left my front door wide open with no heat in 35° weather 2 kids and a dog. Yes things were fixed but the lady was more professional than the man was."
