"Toby just left from replacing the motor in my AC unit. At first, I didn't think he'd make it to me until Thursday because they were on vacation but he was able to get out to me 3 days early. Then he came toward the beginning of the time slot I was quoted instead of making me wait around for hours. He was even courteous enough to give mea heads-up that he was on his way because I mentioned I have dogs that needed to be put away while he was here He quickly identified the problem, gave me some good education about the system we have (we're new homeowners and I had a lot of questions), and had me back up and running in about an hour and a half. His price was fair and while I hope I don't NEED him again anytime soon, I won't hesitate to call next time because my first experience with this company exceeded expectations."
