"Sony Fraudulently Activities: I feel so violated by Sony. I am disappointed and at a disbelief with this company. There were six $99.99 charges placed on my credit card by Sony, on the same day, and back to back. I reached out to Sony for a refund and they refused to refund me. I explained that this was fraud, obviously. I called several times and talked to several agents and informed them that I did not authorize the charges and that the six $99.99 charges that appears on my account is obviously fraud. The agents continued to tell me that they would not refund me. I asked them to put their self in my shoes and think about the six unauthorized charges for $99.99. I then explained that this was fraud 101; this basic fraud! Why would I make these charges? No one would help me. I’m just saying Sony is a fraud, a scam artist, and a ripoff that everyone should be aware of!"
