"I was charged by the hour at their normal hourly repair rate twice to drive to Dayton and pick up 1 thermostat under warranty because it was not in stock. I would think it is common sense to call the parts store to confirm the part is in stock. It just seems unethical to be charged 412.00 in service fees alone (including initial diagnostics fee) to replace a warranty thermostat that took no more than 1 labor hour. Otherwise, he was very friendly and did the repair satisfactorily."
