"The guys at Hayden Plumbing did an AWESOME job installing our brand new Rheem tankless water heater a couple of years ago and we have really enjoyed the endless hot water and lower gas bills. Unfortunately now I have been trying to contact Bryan and Keith to have them install a tankless water heater at my mom's house. She has been without hot water for almost 2 1/2 weeks now. She is a widow and on a fixed income. I was told by both Bryan and Keith they would do the job and I have now left SEVERAL voice mails and text messages and have not gotten a response even though I was told it would be done tonight - June 7, 2017... I DO NOT RECOMMEND HAYDEN PLUMBING ANY MORE unfortunately due to their lack of response and unprofessional attitude towards myself as a formerly satisfied customer and towards the needs of my mother who desperately needs to get her hot water back up and running. THIS IS SUCH A SHAME... UPDATE (7:45pm)- I met with Brian personally and explain the situation about the phone calls text messages and several voicemails. He apologized and said that they would be at my mom's house Friday morning at 9 a.m. I hope to update this review more positively once the situation is resolved..."
