"save yourself stress and DO NOT give your money or service to this company. this company is a abolute joke of a company . you pay delivery and pick up fees for the trash cans no matter what and there is no options to pick up or drop off the cans . so im paying $300 for pick up of trash cans when they are 5 miles from me when i have a truck to drop them off. there where also missed pick ups , and the driver constantly threw the trash cans causing them to always be blown across the street . and i have recordings of the driver pulling trash out of dumpsters and throwing it in my yard"

"Not sure why the reviews are awful. I took my pickup truck with 300 lbs worth of home renovation waste. Pass by the first weigh station, there is a new one further up. The civilian dump area had a concrete landing pad where you dump into some lower dumpsters. Then weigh out and they only take debit/credit cards. $7 in weight, $28.86 in taxes and fees."

"Honestly I am contacting the better businesses bureau because this company is a joke. I had service with them for four months and they made me pay to have a trash can “delivered” but just was instructed to use the one on the property that was left by the previous owner. They missed service two weeks in a row due to weather which I understand as I would never ask anyone to risk safety to get trash but they never reschedule the pickups. Three weeks later I received a call that they will no longer be servicing my address…. Still have yet to see a refund. They told me to leave my trash out at the beginning of the month to be picked up one last time and it never was until 3 weeks later when I walk out and see my trash can is gone off the side of my porch and there is trash all over my yard. So now I have no trash can which I paid for, no trash service which I paid for, and certainly no money back. I am a entrepreneur myself and all I can say is I have never seen a company run like this be able to continue and I know I will never get service trough this company again. I would never recommend this service to anyone and truly hope they fix these issues."
