"they were not very professional when it came to customer service, they went as far as to say sorry not our problem that we ended up behind sir. sorry that we inconvenienced you; while I had to drive my girlfriend to work for 3 days because of the delay plus they did not even try to contact me ahead of time about this issue as if it didn't matter at all. there was no true appointment timing like what was talked about when we arrived to figure out a drop off date. Also to temper the anger that I was already experiencing, when I arrived to get the car there was a spot that was still scratched up real bad *picture for reference*. I will never use their services again. I also warn anyone that would to go to them to instead go to a proper professional!"

"I am very satisfied with the work these guys did for me after a deer damaged my bumper and a few other parts. My car looked so great that I couldn't stop telling people how happy I was about it! It was done when they said it would be and they worked with me on scheduling the repairs. They even went above and beyond by vacuuming and cleaning the interior, I felt like I had a new car!
