"Very rude!! I had my lawnmower at their shop for over a month and yes I kept calling to see when it would possibly be done and they kept giving me excuses saying it would be done at the end of the week and when we finally got ahold of somebody the owner cussed my boyfriend out and was super rude even though they’ve said the lawnmower would be fixed in 2-3 weeks and it’s been over a month. Wouldnt even take off some money or anything. If you want a “quick” repair I wouldn’t take your mower to this place otherwise you’ll be waiting a month or two for it to even be fixed. Plus they barely work or have their shop open. We even took our mower here before a few years ago and they didn’t even fix our problem we had. Horrible experience!!!! And waste of my time. Way to poorly treat your customers. Never would I have imagined someone cuss us out over a lawnmower and asking when it would be fixed after they said it would be fixed in 2-3 weeks. He also threatened my boyfriend that he would jump him when he went and picked up the lawn mower. RIDICULOUS EXPERIENCE! Act your age or shut down your business if this is how your going to treat your customers"
"Took two weeks for them to tell me I needed to clean the carburetor ( which I told them when I dropped it off) for $185 (ouch) for a push mower that wouldn’t start. Since they do this everyday it seems like the estimate should have been provided up front."
"This company and the owners really do go above and beyond for their customers! I went there to get a mower blade. Now by no means am I lawn mower savvy, but I am mechanically inclined. I've had the mower for 5yrs old man has never serviced it and the self propel had always been broken. So I took some pictures and started asking questions when I picked up my blade. R Adam Hoover spent the time we me to explain what I needed to. I walked out of his shop feeling confident that I could fix myself propel. I was also quite irritated since I've been using it for the last 5yrs without it and all it needed was a belt! Also while I was there Adam had took a call. The person on the line was broke down and needed some tools. Adam gathered tools required and sent someone from the shop to help! If that's not going above and beyond, I don't know what is. A true testament of character."
"Great family owned and operated business. Got my snowblower tuned up same day right before snowmageddon hit and it works great again! He even took the time to help me lift it into my van as I couldn't rent a trailer for pickup and walked me through proper winterizing steps so I wouldn't have to mess up the carb again."
"AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They fix anything with a small engine and you will not be able to beat the quality of their work, their reasonable prices, or their amazing customer service! They have serviced two mowers of mine and I could not be happier with the entire experience. I only wish I had known about them a long time ago... Also, in talking with them after they fixed my mower, I asked them if they sell weed-eaters. He was not pushy at all, but told me about the product line they carry. I ended up buying an EGO Powerload weed eater (you simply pull the line through, press a button, and it loads itself).. This powerload function has been a game changer for me as I have a large area to weed-eat. I have saved so much time and the weed eater performs like a champ. Do yourself a favor and use these guys for all your small engine needs (mowers, snow-blowers, chain-saw etc)..."
