"Great company communication terrific I called this company at the last min, had no issues the owner came explain what was wrong and was honest. Monday morning Rick affordable staff Ian, and Dylan were here, respectful, good communication explain everything, the gentleman had my new furnace in less than hour!! I got heat!!! Thanks you Mr Rick and staff!!! You guys most definitely have my thumbs up, and my business from now on out!! I will recommend you to go with this company!!! Oh by the way did I mention very affordable! Versus M&M horrible misdiagnosis everything still charge me and it was not the issues and would charge me time half to come back! I called Ricks Affordable he came out found the issues and my husband and I purchased a brand new furnace!!! Thanks ! Keep the good work up!!!"

"Early on a Sunday morning we awoke without heat. I called and was expecting to leave a message but Ryan, Rick's son answered the phone and scheduled for a service call with in a 2 hour window. "I would like for you to get ahold me regarding the mini split that you installed that had failed two inspections. I had to have another company redo your shotty work and I would like to be reimbursed for the cost since it was an electrical issue that could have burnt my house down! I have tried several ways to contact you and you continue to ignore me so I had no choice but to do it public to let other customers know what type of work you do. Although I may be his ex-wife it doesn’t excuse him from failing two city of Toledo inspections and using employees that are not qualified to do the work. The pictures don’t lie. Again I will give you one more chance to repay me which you did agree to do. Thank you."
