"Chad and the crew got us set up in an RV to live at temporarily while our house was going through flood restoration. My family had never lived the RV life before. Chad trained me up. Every time I had an RV issue and texted Chad, he immediately replied and quickly had a solution. Most of the times the issue was operator error on my part, but Washovia always helped me through it no matter what. They made multiple return trips to our RV to fix stuff or add little improvements that we eventually realized we needed. They even made a custom set of stairs so our big old dog could get in the RV.
