"I went in to get an oil change and to have a number of things looked at. One of the things was my windshield washer spout was broken in the hood. I explained this to them. When he called me to give me the most expensive quote that I had. He said “your windshield washer fluid was empty that’s why it would squirt out”. That might have been true however I get in the car excited to spray my windshield washer fluid. Yep it came out all over the inside of my engine compartment. Never fixed what was actually what was wrong probably because he seen it was out and I very much had the vibe that it was because I was a woman and I didn’t know what I was talking about. I will NEVER go back."

"Great service experience. I came in because I had a screw in my tire, causing a slow leak. The guys here got to work right away and had my tire back to me in about 10 mins. It was a totally free service, which is awesome. I am so thankful that they do this service for free since other places that I called charged between $25.00-$35.00. The lobby was very nice inside. They have clean restroom facilities, comfortable chairs, and a place to charge your electronics. Given the service that I received for something so minor, I'll be coming back here to handle major issues as they arise. I could not be happier with this place! A++ work and customer service.
