"I use Advanced Mechanical Plus as my go to when I need a tech at my restaurant. The reason for that is because they have treated me right every time and the techs that normally visit my location are Derwin and Tim. They treat this building as they're own and they know the ins and outs of this restaurant just as I do. They take they're time to educate me as a general manager on situations that I don't know about so I can better diagnose issues at hand in a better manner in the future. They always do a great job and are very professional. I highly recommend this company."

"Would leave 0 stars if possible. Have had multiple problems with this company and am finally leaving and going with another. Their tech derwin is incompetent but they keep sending him. He sits in his truck 30 to 40 minutes before even setting foot in the building. Charges show up that are unnecessary (2 service charges are not necessary for one trip when he didn't even work on one) and they don't show up when scheduled or even call to let you know that parts are on backorder. Overall extremely unhappy and would learn to do it myself before i called them again. Sincerely, a restaurant manager"
