"Top notch accommodations. Service from our Bell Hop was awesome and the valet was great! Walking distance to the Browns stadium and many other downtown locations. However it is expensive!"
"Wonderful, historic building. Incredible architecture and a stroll around here really takes you back. Some shopping but many storefronts are empty and thats a shame. This place was one of the first buildings place on the national historic register. A nice treat so visit if you can."
"What a visually amazing building with timeless architecture very well preserved! There were a few shops, restaurants establishments and a hotel here. We parked on the street. Looks like a great event venue or a place for stunning photo opportunities. I know you can really capture some amazing pictures inside the arcade. Cool spot. Oh oh"
"Please revive the arcade, It's such a beautiful place. Every time I have visited Cleveland, it seems like more and more businesses have moved out. It is a great place for formal events such as weddings, receptions, banquets, etc. That's really all I ever see now and guests that are staying at the Hyatt. I do recommend stopping by to see part of Cleveland history and the beauty of this place."
"Interesting architecture and classic marble and iron. Sad to see all the empty storefronts there however. Still worth visiting and spending a few minutes in it. You can get a real sense of how grand it must have been in its time, a real place to visit. City should offer special incentives to locate some newer or young startups or small businesses inside. Bring people to the area, good for all businesses and tourism.."
