"Lived in one the units for 1 1/2 years. The owner is completely rude anytime we needed anything fixed in our unit he would complain. We had to move units do to poor maintenance on the property sewer lines. We had sewer back up into the house and into the ducts. The owners solution was to poor liquid deodorizer into the vents. The stench was so bawe kept complaining to the point were we threatened esgrow to get him to move us. He then moved us next door to unit we had to clean ourselves and was trashed top to bottom and only gave us a short time to move everything next door into the dirty unit. The unit had every kitchen drawer broken. Carpets were disgusting, stained and cigarette burns. Holes in the walls everywhere. Our bathroom tube leaked onto the downstairs ceiling causing mold and mushrooms to grow from our ceiling. The landlord told us we were exaggerating the mold. On top of that my fiancé fell down the stairs due to a broken banister that the maintenance crew put painters tape as a solution to fixing it. My fiancé had to go to the ER and required her to wear a knee brace and go to physical therapy. The landlord blamed us for using the railing to hard and we had to threaten to sue him to get it fixed. When she fell she cracked the drywall at the bottom of the stairs and up us moving out due to the issues not getting fixed he proceeded to charge us for the nasty carpet he refused to replace. The drywall that needed to be replaced from her fall and for odor control caused by the mold and water leak. This company is horrible and under no circumstance would I recommend them.
