"We had no heat, the tech (owner) came out and “changed a wire”, stated there was no power going to the furnace and he tried a few things with sparks flying everywhere, en he said he didn’t know and we needed to call an electrician. We waited over a week for another company to come out. With a less than 5 minute look at the furnace, the tech discovered The wire that was replaced had the wrong size connector . He changed it and switched it on. Just like that, we had heat. Less than 10 minutes and less cost then this joke. I don’t feel he should have charged us for his service call when clearly he didn’t know what he was doing. The right thing to do would be to return the money!"
