The tile job itself was extremely difficult with a rounded arch, an inset shelf, a herringbone backsplash pattern, and marble that would crumble when cut. He made suggestions about how to accommodate my design intent, and I was delighted how the whole backsplash turned out. It looks great, delivering on everything I had hoped. When managing the other contractors, he was thorough and ensured they completed their jobs to his standards before signing off on their work.
