"This is my go to place because the service is great but anytime it comes to paying, they charge you for things you never had done, when paying with cash they keep more than they should. I had to go back a few times to get my money and it was well over 25 dollars they tried to keep. They are rude when you tell them you didn't have a service added on. I'm officially done with this place. I will be going somewhere else. Oh, let's not forget they don't clean their tools today the guys serving me was pulling out tools and wiping them clean with his fingers and they are never on time when it comes to opening their salon."

"I’ve come here often, but today my pedicure was awful, the polish she use was old, another nail tech removed it, I left in tears, not thinking. My mom tried to pay for her service, they didn’t let her and locked the door, refusing to let her leave, luckily she isn’t a violent person. They had called the police on me without coming to communicate the problem. Most businesses would have offered a compromise, I guess they think they’re above this. We keep patronizing so I guess it’s their way or no way."

"They put acetone in their polish when it’s almost gone, causing nail polish to chip!!! I got my nails done Friday and on Saturday they were like this. I been coming here for weeks now and this is the third time this has happened! Horrible customer service! Caution if you’re black they treat you wayyyy different than they treat anyone else. If I could put 0 stars I would!"

"Pros: They got me in quickly, their staff was friendly, and did a good job overall. Nail stylists were able to give me what i asked for. Cons: Overpriced. They stack their charges, so prepare to pay more for your nails here than anywhere else. I was shocked at the total price when I've had intricate designs done on all five nails before for around $130. Also, the quality of the French nails on my hands weren't as nice as my toes. Two of the nails are pictured with this review, but 6 of the nails total had the same problem. My services - manicure, acrylic, dip, french, design w/ gel Pedicure, gel, french *note: names of designers blurred on receipt, as I'd still recommend their services overall and they were tipped $20/person ($40 total). Also, i did not take the picture of my receipt, someone else did out of shock and i had them send it to me for this review."

"So I went in for a full dip but my old dip had to be removed. Instead of removing them with acetone they peeled them off and broke my natural nails which were long but thin. Then when they placed tips on it they charged me for the tips and they don’t do a gel top coat on the dip and they look like complete trash. I’ve been getting dip done for years and this was the worst by far and I paid the most for it. When I complained at the price at the register they couldn’t understand they when the technician removed my old dip he ripped my nails. I will never come back here or recommend this place. I am also going to go to another salon right now to remove this trash."
