This is not the first or even the second time we’ve had issues with this woman. There is always some follow up appointment to fix mistakes. If I could rate her, it would be a 0/10."

She knows her stuff and works with you until you find the cut, the style, that you live best, and she cares about the condition of your hair. "The salon itself was fine, but I was unhappy with my results, the promise of correction, and told she'd call the following day to let me know when to come back in. I only received a text back after I contacted the salon because of an email they had sent. That was about $200 more for the recolor and about a month later. The lady that did my hair was nice, but I couldn't believe she blew me off like that. I sent very specific, labeled pics of what I was looking to get, and explained in detail when making the appointment, asking if that was possible. Being a natural redhead, I want to make sure it will work on my hair. I was a little concerned after I got there and she asked, "So what are we doing today?" Uh, I sent pics...? I left with wet hair and couldn't really gage the evenness or colors. After it dried and I straightened it, yikes. Not at all what I had asked for. I hate complaining and making those calls/texts, especially to such a nice lady. But I spent a decent amount of $ and I didn't like what I was seeing. After contacting the stylist, and waiting for 2 weeks, I knew I wasn't getting it fixed through her. I went to a place my friend suggested, and her close friend was a stylist there. Very expensive, disappointing experience."
