"CABIN RENTAL FAIL. Spent $365 a night for cabin C23. Cabins are designed OK, but maintenance, management, and oversight strike me as neglectful. Read on... No hot water. So it was essentially a cold-water flat, at a 4-star price. Bunk bed (top) was in such disrepair on our arrival that it had to be removed to keep it from falling onto person in the bottom bunk, so that we could use it. Fortunately we discovered this defect before any injuries occurred. We notified the front desk of this, because I don't want any future guests to fall into this trap. I hope they actually fix it. This likely has been broken for some time, so im not confident of that. Only two parking spots per cabin. One of ours was permanently occupied by a car that belonged to a guest in another cabin, and never moved. So we had one parking spot near the cabin. If you are thinking these cabins are private cabins in the woods, think again. Think institutional, in the middle of a yard. For the money? Go somewhere else. We will from now on. Sorry to give a bad review, but it is what it is."

"First of all, the cabins themselves are very nice, and their stock with most of the things that you'd probably want to cook a meal. You've got pots and pans and a colander, a toaster, there's a small glass top stove which is very nice. There's no dishwasher but there is a nice small sort of beer size fridge but enough to hold a few things that you might bring. We stayed in a couples cabin which is very nice. It's a little small but again it has what you need. The cabins are well kept. Ours was immaculately clean. The cabins are pretty isolated and the ones along the lake which do cost slightly extra, have an amazing view. It's a great place for a getaway weekend or longer. It's also not far from the lodge and the food there is pretty good! The cabin also comes with a little picnic table and a nice fire ring and there's also a separate grilling area with an affixed metal grill. They'll provide you with firewood for a fairly hefty markup, but if you look carefully on your drive in, you'll see a couple of places that sell firewood that's much more reasonable. Tip: wait till a day like Black Friday and you can save a lot on your reservations!"

"Cabin was disgusting, insect infestation, lights didn't work, health department needs called. Black mold. Don't stay here. Do yourself a favor and just spend 300 bucks a night at a all inclusive spa, you will enjoy it far more. The worst vacation of my life."

"Cabin was great the boys had an excellent time! We will definitely be going back! The check-in was an absolute mess my Mom and I have used my Dad's card to check in for the last 3 years and all the sudden they said he had to be there and it went south from there Very disappointed in that aspect of the trip. If that is the rule that's fine I'm assuming they had a new supervisor there that day or someone checking the operations because they hadn't been following their own guidelines for quite sometime."

"We had the best time during our stay in cabin. It was clean and roomy. We all had a bed. It was a two bedroom cabin. There was a queen bed in one bedroom. The other bedroom had a bunk bed with a full size bed on bottom bunk. A trundle bed was included. We loved the fireplace. It was pretty and warm."
