"If I could give my experience 0 stars I would. I appreciate they were able to take me as a walk in however The nail tech I had was obviously high on something she was nodding in and out the entire time slumping all over, scraping in areas other than my toes with sharp objects, ripping out in growns causing every toe to bleed, my nails are down to stubs, as this was happening I asked another staff member if she was okay and she walked away and never offered to have someone else take over every toe is bleeding and very uneven polish all over my feet, I've never experienced this much pain and bleeding during a pedicure they took $10 off my bill I shouldn't of even had to pay for this torturous service Third photo two days later swollen and extremely painful throughout the entire foot"

"I went as a walk in on Dec 9th 2023. I asked for acrylics. The wait wasn't long at all. I got my nails done by a man as some customers stated he was filing my nails. The acrylics were longer that I wanted and one set of nails was bigger than the other set I paid 75+20 in tip. They lasted 3 weeks and literally fell off.My natural nails are damaged with dents all in them!!!"

"Loved going to JJ Nails… until a nail tech told me that she didn't work on Saturdays and I saw her working that same Saturday. To make things worse I overheard Faith and another tech talking about how she lied to me while scheduling my appointment. I'll be going somewhere else."

"I was a walk-in, and they immediately started running the water for my pedicure when I signed in. The massage chair was great. Nicole did my pedicure and acrylics. She didn't rush at all and even did periodic check in's to make sure I was happy with everything. I am really happy I didn't just go across the street to the mall like I had originally planned. I dont usually treat myself, but I needed this today. I was really happy with how it all turned out, so I even booked my next appt in advance."
