"I’ve never had a good experience at this jet pizza I love jets pizza and I order it all the time in Landen or Kings Mills now this location terrible constantly closed hours before the official closing time. Terrible service, forgetful staff will look at you when they are supposed to be open and not open the doors will refuse to answer phone when you’re looking at them during opening hours this was a few months ago, but I am just now getting back here and contemplated eating, but decided to go somewhere else because I remembered the bad experience"

"Overall, great experience and quality. Had an issue with order and communications as to getting it ready. Had to wait almost an hour longer. However, they still honored the receipt and were helpful while being peak busy."

"This is reflective only of the Harrison location. I eat jets at least 1.5* per week and this location is consistently the worst. I'd have to get a refund of about $100 worth of tip money that they demand up front to order terrible service before I had waste another time at this. The only time the food is ever close to right is Friday evenings when a man who I presume is the owner is there overseeing things. Crust is literally never flavorized. Every other location in town does it effortlessly... They just flawlessly have excuses at Harrison Road. TAKE THE DRIVE TO NEWPORT OR FORT WRIGHT!!!! This time they had my order completely wrong, when I came back 30 minutes later to get the corrected order they just recook the previous pizza with sausage added. Got home to undercooked sausage and burnt like Joan of ark.... But still didn't remember the sesame seeds... But somehow managed to get two random ones on the wrong square of the eight corner."

"I usually love jet's Pizza. I order just about every week. This week my pizza came very unevenly heated with cold patches and warm patches. Also the pizza was undercooked."

"Pizza is good. Little pricey. LOTS of grease/oil! Ranch dressing best part of company! They NEED to be consistent with time they close! It’s Saturday at 9:40 and their doors are locked! Online, as well as the DOOR states open until 10pm (20 minutes)…enough time to put a pizza through the oven! Oh! Just after waiting 15 minutes (now 9:55pm), there are two employees cashing out at the cash register! Dislike! I would like to talk with a member of corporate, because this would not fly at the pizza places I worked when I was younger….if we had done this, both workers and managers would be fired!"
