Here’s a tip, acknowledge that a person is at the window, maybe say we will be right with you, you know common courtesy. Or don’t be in retail because retail is serving the public and that doesn’t seem like that’s what you would like to doing….. Thank you again Kroger pharmacy for your rude employee!!!! Give her a BIG RAISE!!!!!"

"It is a smaller store and caters to the lower income clientele of the near east side. It can get sketchy some evenings but the store has great deals on expensive food products. I enjoy shopping here."

"I heard from workers that they had a huge bed bug problem before they did the re grand opening. Absolutely disgusting!! Always someone out in the parking lot asking for money. Not a safe location at all. The store is dirty and gross. Not to mention some of the employees are rude. Especially in the deli."

"Echoing others but parking lot is poorly arranged and difficult. Frequently harassed by individuals asking for money. Self checkout staff (which is only available most of the time..) have been awful. Girl on her phone huffed so hard when I needed help at the checkout. Pretty remarkable this location is so poorly handled."

"Don't come here if you want a good stock on fresh tasty looking produce, you won't find much here, and have to sift through the bad to find anything acceptable. Also always spotty on stock on normal grocery items. Despite being at the end of my street, it's well worth it to jump on the highway and drive to a better grocery 10 minutes away. One of the worst Kroger stores in town here."
