"The CVS is terrible. Hours are never accurate and no one greets you ever. Right now four people are working and not one has even said they would be with me in a minute. Can’t wait until I’m finish transferring my prescriptions to the Walgreens across the street."

"This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. My mom has to go here so we have no choice. We’ll routinely wait for hours after the prescription is supposed to be filled to receive it. The drive thru is closed 1:30-2 for lunch, yet right now it’s 2:27 and they’re still closed…"

"This pharmacy has declined in the past year. They had a great pharmacist and techs but not so much now. The drive thru is always closed and they close at 6pm. How are people that work suppose to make it in time. I called corporate and they said the drive thru should not be closed. I switched my meds to Kroger. I hate that gross CVS parking lot anyway. O stars!!"

"They do not answer the phone at all. The automated service keeps you on hold BEWARE, I sat on hold for a half hour no one ever ans, The service in the Pharm sucks no communication between team members. A lot of time spent waiting for nothing! no help"

"This location doesn't look that great, with trash everywhere. The drivethru is an actual ash tray with customers throwing lit cigarettes at the cars behind them. To be clear however, it is by no means the employees that make this place harsh to come to in the daylight, they are fast and consistent, love them. I just like to feel I'm in a clean and healthy environment when dealing with my health, so I would suggest cvs hire a cleaning company! Edit: 8/28/23 I think they've had a turnover in employees because I feel entirely the opposite now. I am completely understanding of how understaffing issues fall onto the shoulders of those showing up to work, however, to be rude to customers and disregard them due to that stress is not acceptable: I had a care giver come in to pick up medication for me today at this CVS on Clime. The pick up time was 6:08 and the medication was not yet ready. OK fine ; the care giver was told to wait in the store to be called when it was ready. They waited for 45 minutes before someone saw them and asked if they needed help. Realizing that the pharmacy staff had forgotten, they relayed the pickup information again to the staff. An employee then said they forgot to tell my care giver that there was no medication available before going on BREAK. She did not apologize and left her coworker to apologize on her behalf. Medications not being available is fine, online systems are not perfect by any means. Staff should be responsible enough to relay this information in a timely manner. All and all this made me sure I want to change pharmacies."
