Tower 43

"I have lived at 3 other section 8 buildings, and Tower 43 is vastly superior in every respect. Up and down the 6 clean halls no loud music or yelling and screaming destroy serenity. Outside, surrounded by hundreds of trees, peace provides solace and regeneration from a thousand abrasive yesterdays. A bus stop and a fine grocery store are only a few minutes away on foot. An extremely co-operative management team keeps everything running smoothly and safely. At the age of 74, I can't imagine a better situation."

"Tower43 is an excellent place to live. Angela is always very helpful, kind, and dedicated! The maintenance staff are great as well. The building is always kept very clean & any maintenance issues are resolved quickly and efficiently."

"I have been a resident of Tower 43 for 16 months. I find this place quite comfortable. Meeting long time residents saying how happy they are here. I have found this to be true. My experience with the staff is rewarding. They are helpful and friendly. There have been a couple of maintenance issues, not from any neglect, that were immediately handled satisfactorily. The manager does nice little things that make us feel special. It is a comfort to feel safe and be welcomed."

"This is a great place to live. It's a convenient area to live in as far as being situated near some useful businesses, and I've never had any trouble from other residents or staff. When I needed an accommodation for a health concern I had, the staff were helpful and prompt. The only thing I don't like is the thermostat isn't "set it and forget it." You have to turn it on every time you want heat."

"I moved here in August, I waited a year to live here this is my home now and I'm happy here . Tower 43 in my opinion is well ran the staff is dedicated . Many of the older residents have been here for years and it's thier home. I have nothing negative to say about Tower 43.plus everything for shopping and other needs is within walking distance.."
