"I'm an out of state rental property owner and have been using Stewardship Realty & Management for property management for +5 years. Recently, due to a local municipality money grab, I was required to make multiple updates to a property totaling well over $10k. This would have been next to impossible for me without the help of Jessy Giles, the Renovation Coordinator at Stewardship. She took what was a daunting and overwhelming task for me (because I live out of state) and made it entirely stress free. She sent me regular texts, emails, and photos of the repairs throughout a two month process. For each project, she got multiple quotes for me to review and would express her concerns if she felt a contractor's quote was out of line. Additionally, when I had concerns that were too detailed for email, she would take the time to call me and walk me through the issue. She made me feel as if I had my own personal staff even though she was also working with multiple other property owners and their issues. I have been very impressed with Stewardship's property management overall for years, but Jessy went above and beyond for me with this issue. In general, their monthly statements, online owners portal, and continuous communication/updates are second to none. Merle Miller, Meredith McCartney, and Jonny Dallas have all also done a tremendous job for me in the past. I can't say enough good things about them.
