"Been at Deville for now 3.5 years in Massillion also a year in East Canton! I've have to say the partys they give have been alot of fun with 2020 and the virus things were not like that last year but we made the best of it! The office sent out Christmas cards to all of us which was very nice! If u need something done or fixs they right on it! I have never had one problem with any of the staff at Deville! So glad to have Mike Lab back as maintenance! Thanks Mike! Thanks Lindsey also Mia for being so polite on phone or in person! Christina Froelich"

"From someone that has lived all over the country in several apartments, DeVille is one of the best! The value of their rentals for the area (interior updates/square footage) is unmatched. We have only had a few minor problems, such as a dripping faucet and shower leak, and the turn around time for maintenance is usually same day, but always by next day. Additionally, the leasing agents in the office are kind and informative. I can see why Deville is referred to as "The Place To Be""

"I would not rent an apartment from this people they are very unprofessional! First week we lived there the furnace stopped working we called the office, the lady came to our apartment and said that the maintenance people would show up in a couple of hours.. well that didn’t happen it was below zero outside I had a 2 month baby with me I waited till the next day nothing. The maintance people didnt show up till three days later. the garage door broke and I called the office they didn’t fix it at all , then my garbage disposal broke Did not do anything about it either, then the office lady gave the key to my apartment to some strange people that told her that they needed to talk to me thts disrespectful and unprofessional in their part. Then we decided to move out then we got a bill saying qe had to pay 3,000 dollars for the repairs I dont reccomend this apartments to nobody unless u want to pay alot of money worth the damage that they did not fix at first!"

"Poor customer service at Deville Grandeaur. When I moved in the decor was very dated from pictures shown. They try and wow you with club house pictures and layouts. The apartment had a ton of bugs and spiders in the apartment (My wife was scared to go in the basement!). Called several times to have them do something about it, but nothing was done. We tried to get a garage door opener, but the office folks never answered or helped us out. Property folks kept denying we called or forgot (typical!) I understand they are trying to run a business, but they gauged me when I moved out with charges that were unfair. Issues that occurred before we moved in were later billed to us. When asked to remove the charges they were unfriendly and not willing to listen to reason. My wife called several times and said they were very unprofessional when asking questions. I would think twice about moving into the apartments, its nice and secluded, but the spiders and Ashley Prim's staff are reasons to look at other options. If Deville Apartments fixes the bug issue and changes the staff at Deville grandeur it wouldn't be a bad option for price/sq ft."

"So we havnt been here a year and not only have we had issues with electrical plugs arcing but have had issues with the hot water tank never keeping its pilot light on and I hope you LOVE spiders! We have bug bombed the place 3 times and still have constant issues with them . The dishwasher is pretty old and doesn't do the job most the time ( which we don't mind doing dishes) but if I'm paying for it I really want it to work . Also they say they have a "emergency hotline" for after hours which is a great idea and all but only 2 times has it ever worked and now not at all. I don't mean to sound harsh of the place but it definitely needs some tlc , I hope for good changes in the future but I guarantee you my future will not be here another lease . However I will say the new management at this site seems to be nice and atleast care for residents when they are here we appreciate that."
