"I've only been here since September, but I can say that my apartment has been remodeled and I have hardly any complaints. Most of my neighbors are my age and up in my building. Only complaint I have is the neighbors in the building behind me and their loud music. They normally make sure that they play at night."

"If you need a roof over your head, then you found a place. The management team, everyday are trying to update and improve. But everywhere you go there are places that has room for improvements. Since being here for now 9 months they have accommodated to the best of there abilities and have been very understanding in my situations, as we are all humans with issues. For a last minute look up, I’m thankful I found a spot, neighbors keep to themselves, activities around for kids such as a skate park and pool. Schools are conveniently close."

"Like the other post said slum land lord. Maintenance what maintenance . Break ins cars stolen cars vandalized. Assaults. Asked them to fix garage door for entire time we where there .Fix security door entire time we where there.. 5 different management companies in 5 yrs. Could only give it a one. Otherwise I could not make this post. I would give it negative 10. Filled pot holes with gravel. Could not take trash to dumpster because the management would fill them with the debris from vacated apartments.derelict cars. Drugs dealt in parking lot. Cops there average 4 x a week. There answer give us time"
