"Have a friend that lives in these apartments. The landlord refuses to address the massive mold problem in her unit. She has shared photos of all of her belongings with mold growing on them. No matter where she puts her things, mold grows on them. Despite multiple requests to maintenance and directly to the landlord, nothing has been done to fix this issue. Avoid at all costs!"
