"It's a safe and nice place to live. The leasing office staff here are super helpful and friendly. Once the auto feeder for my cat didn't work when I was on a travel. The leasing office staff was so helpful and gracious to stop by my apartment and prepare some food for my cat. Really appreciate it."

In the many years I have lived here, Chris has maintained the community meticulously: it is immaculate, quiet and peaceful… with pool parties or holiday celebrations throughout the year. Mostly, Chris makes sure your apartment is quickly well taken care of if there is an occasional breakdown. He genuinely cares about everyone living here. How rare and special is that ? "Fairway Park is a great place to live. It is very well kept, nice amenities, close to shopping and surprisingly quiet. The staff is awesome. Chris Smith, the Leasing Manager, is amazing. He will go out of his way to help you when you need it, answer questions when you have them, and that really sets this place apart from the other complexes in the area. Chris makes sure everyone is well taken care of and he is a great friend to everyone who lives here. I’ve been at properties where it is impossible to get a hold of anyone in the leasing office. You won’t get that here. Just don’t forget to pick up your dog’s poop! Then he will hunt you down! Rent with confidence. You won’t regret it."

"The best renting experience I've ever had. I lived here for three years and I loved it. The location is great. Right next to the highway and easy access to basically any store or restaurant you need! The neighborhood always felt very safe. People walked around at all hours of the day with their small children. There are a lot of young families in this neighborhood! The apartments are spacious (the closet space is awesome) and having an attached garage is a godsend when the forecast is bad. The management staff is top-notch. Maria & Chelsea are SO friendly, always quick to respond, and they make sure any problems are resolved ASAP. There was no significant turnover with staff during my three years, so that tells you a lot. I was never hit with any random fees or charges, and I cleaned my apartment well at move-out and got my entire security deposit back (even though I lived with dogs!) I really could not ask for a better rental experience! I highly recommend this place."
