"The apartments were recently renovated so everything is nice and new. The price is very reasonable and the apartments are designed nicely. The elevator breaks quite frequently but other than that, living here has been great. The building only has 3 floors so it’s not too much of a hassle. The building is pretty secure and has a package delivery room. Overall, it’s a nice place to live."

"Daniela is an awesome manager. I really enjoy living here, great size studio apartment, nice amenities, great view of downtown Cleveland. David, is a great maintenance tech, all service request get completed in a timely manner. Love living in downtown Cleveland."

"Daniella, the property manager, is great! She is very responsive and helpful with whatever you may need. Innovation Landing is very student friendly as well, as they provided free food and treats during final exam week with Daniella's help, and also have a quiet study room! The gym/workout area is very nice as well."

"As a whole I really like living here. To start off, the general manger of the building is such a good worker. Whenever you text her she'll respond quick. She can't control the whole building but she definitely will send maintenance right away if something is wrong. Very nice lady always greets you. Tries to do fun things in the lobby to bring people together. Very caring lady. Furthermore, the apartments are very nice and well put together. Sometimes my heat doesn't work but I don't mind the fuss. The bathrooms are super nice. In the lobby they have a nice big pool table which is great for social gatherings. The gym can be a little bigger compared to other apartments gyms but still is very useful to workout. As a 19 year old college student I see lots of people near my age that live in the building. Having that makes me feel like there is tons of people to meet."

"HVAC PROBLEMS, POOR MANAGEMENT, BAD MAINTENANCE PRACTICES I would not recommend. When I moved in there were exposed outlets and the HVAC system was a mess. This was in the summer and very frustrating. It continued to break and there didn't seem to be urgency to fix it. There were many visits from maintenance and even the contracted HVAC people that were extremely unhelpful where it made me feel like my issue wasn't real. They even left a space heater in my apartment as a "replacement" for heat. in winter. in Cleveland. There was a horrendous management situation at the start of the lease, where we had to move in a month late with little to no notice; there needs to be better communication with residents. Lots of questions that were not answered. If you work a 9-5, good luck getting in physical contact with anyone who works here. Also the elevator breaks almost every month, so if that is a necessity for you, I would look elsewhere. Lastly, the big windows are amazing, but they have been disgustingly dirty since I moved in. They have not taken time to clean them so it is an eye sore. Rent at your own risk."
