"I just moved in for two days and I’m so satisfied with everything so far. Ms. Deborah and Diana were very friendly and professional from the very beginning. They helped me determine my needs and find the best apartment that perfectly fit my needs. Other building managers might treat you in a business way, which is nothing wrong, but Ms. Deborah and Diana would treat you like a family. The building is very safe and quite which is exactly what I wanted. If that’s what you want too, you should consider living in this building."
"I noticed some recent positive reviews from people who recently moved in or only had a tour of the building and took it upon myself to write this review as someone who has actually lived here for a considerable amount of time. I think the reason for the surge of recent positive reviews is that this place offers incentives for writing reviews. This at the very least is considered a questionable practice if not prohibited on most review websites. As some other people have mentioned, there are multiple noisy construction projects going on right next door. So expect a lot of noise if you move here. I understand that the building cannot do anything about it but at the very least they can ask their neighbors not to start at 6 am. But since our management does not care about their residents once they sign the lease, they are not very helpful about it. With regard to the apartment itself All in all, I think the front office is there only for sales. When you visit this building as a potential customer, you are treated very nicely and professionally by the office staff. They sometimes go above and beyond to help you. But, you should know that these people are just selling you a lease contract. Once you sign the lease, they lack the incentive to provide a good service to you. So my overall recommendation for potential customers is to avoid this place and look elsewhere."
"Toured the building June ‘23. Was very surprised as to how nice the amenities the building offers are, as well as how up to date the unit and property was. The building is located in a great area of downtown with many walkable areas of interest located very close. Deborah is very kind and provided a great tour, and has been extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Looking forward to moving in very soon!"
"I’ve lived in this building for almost a year and haven’t had any ONE noise-free day. It neighbors a couple of ongoing construction sites and the noise is just unbearable. In fact this review is triggered by a presently ongoing noise. They start as early as 6AM. The windows are not sound proof, although they should be since the building is located in downtown. The common areas aren’t always clean. The building has no parking, the nearest parking is a 5 minute walk in the cold, and costs $200. The managing office are friendly but that’s about it, they never took any meaningful action. We had a one year lease and asked them 2 months in advance we could move out just 10 days earlier, but they didn’t accept. And the windows are dirty and have been dirty for almost one year; they’ve never been cleaned despite repeated promises and an initial statement that they clean them twice per year. The apartments are nice and clean, but living here is not worth it. Looking forward to leave."
"Just moved in a few days ago and I already love the building. While the views and amenities of the building are exceptional (very good quality-appearing materials and adequate space in the suite, a beautiful common room, gym, dog park, rooftop, etc.), the building manager, Deborah, was ultimately the reason I chose to live here for the next year. Through the process, Deborah has been so helpful and responsive. She’s one of the most pleasant and cheerful people I’ve ever met and went above and beyond. Other notable things you may want to know: -the entry way smells great -the building feels very safe with a key fob required to get in and to use the elevator to get to your floor -there’s a beer tap that you get a free beer per day -shower pressure is solid -there’s a dog washing station -community room has a great coffee machine -all other tenants I’ve met so far have been extremely friendly"
