"New management company has lowered the quality of life here considerably. This used to be a clean and well-kept building, it is not anymore. For the record, when you contact the "property manager," via email (as suggested) they do not respond. They truly seem to not care. There were 3 different management companies in 2023, each worse than the previous one."
"When I first moved here 5 years ago it was nice and the staff stayed on top of things, very few issues. Now, there are so many major issue that have not been rectified since the old staff left. I was in a wheelchair for 17 years and now I'm out however I have issues with balance and walking up stairs. The elevator are down a lot. I live on the eighth floor so stairs for me is not an option. There are seniors that live here. It's like the new staff don't care. Then there are the heating, trash, the up keep, the office always being closed, them never answering the phone, and now not being able to pay rent online through the rent portal and no one responding to what's going on, oh and there no other way to pay rent they don't take checks or money orders issue."
"My first time moving on my own . Jessica & Theresa are both very helpful . The apartment is nice and it’s quite"
"Another disappointment in the city of Cleveland. Residents that pay rent and left without heat for months! Are you serious? What is wrong with these slum lords? Where is the humanity in knowing these people are freezing inside their homes?! Where are you living management? I bet you have heat. And living conditions are acceptable. This is completely unacceptable! Get your act together management!"
"I strongly advise against living here. In my short time here I dealt with mold in my A/C unit, which was then replaced with a non-functional A/C unit with no insulation, a mouse in my bathroom that ate part of a bar of soap and left droppings in my cabinet, followed by a very poor repair to the drywall in the cabinet which then had to be repaired a second time. There is also very little maintenance and they either show up unannounced or don't show up at all. The building is generally not well-kept with trash piling up in the laundry rooms and garage and hair and garbage in the stairwells, not to mention the rust on the stairs themselves. I've attached pictures of these issues. I had no safe, functional climate control the entire time I lived here. The A/C was moldy, then didn't work at all, and I could not control the heat to my apartment - it could not be turned off. My apartment was 77-78 degrees for months while I waited for repairs that were never made. In that time the radiator in my bedroom started leaking and was turned off completely, so I had constant, unmanageable heat in the rest of the apartment and none in the bedroom. I waited over three months for the repairs to my A/C unit and heating and when I informed Becky (the manager) I would be moving out she cancelled the repair that had finally been scheduled and informed me that no repairs would be made until I left. In addition to the climate control issues, there was a mouse living in the wall in the bathroom (on the third floor). I told Becky that there were likely mice elsewhere in the building and that this was a fire hazard and health risk, but all that was done was a drywall repair to trap the mice in the walls. After I contacted the health department, Becky sent pest control professionals to two adjacent units but not mine and supposedly told the health department that I said I didn't want traps, which was untrue. Overall, it was a terrible experience and the building is extremely poorly managed and I strongly advise against living here."
