"The building - Amazing place to live. It is super clean. The building and the units themselves are absolutely gorgeous. Top of the line appliances throughout the entire building. The gym is great - there is always plenty of machines, free weights to get a great workout in. The staff - I cannot speak highly enough of the leasing staff at Electric Gardens. They are always available to answer any questions/concerns I have at a moments notice. I have my emails returned promptly ... always. (Even after working hours). Christina and Meredith have both gone above and beyond ensuring that everything is perfect. 10 out of 10. Would highly recommend!"

With that, you’re guaranteed to get your car broken into, broken gym equipment on the daily, major elevators down for extended months, extra charges for fun, coffee shop is always closed, and always being let down."

"You do not want to live here. I lived here for two years and regret it. While EG looks nice, it is not a good place to live. 1) The amenities are poorly run (gym equipment is broken more often than it is functioning and the cafe is barely open because the whole team calls off) 2) The elevators go out way too often (sometimes they are down for weeks at a time… we had a whole summer of having to take the stairs). 3) They mess up rent and amenity charges. There were a handful of times that I was overcharged and even double charged for rent. If I had my payments processing automatically or did not check the leasing team’s work, I would be out a lot of money. If they aren’t messing things up by over-charging, they mess things up by “under-charging” and then coming back weeks later saying you still owe money. 4) The leasing staff are insensitive. Before I moved out, I let a leasing agent give a tour of my apartment to a couple interested in moving in. During the tour, they were openly talking about the rent prices being cheaper than what I was paying monthly. A pretty looking building is not worth the trouble."

"i’ve lived here for over a year. I don’t have any complaints! there are so many amenities included that make living here special. a few things: i’ve never heard any of my neighbors during my time living here and I presume none of them hear me which is usually an issue in modern buildings i’ve lived in in the past. not here tho! the maintenance team is quick and responsive when you need something fixed, as well as discreet and courteous. they text you to when they plan to come in so you can be prepared. there are always free events the building puts on to build a sense of community. my favorite was the bouquet building one in december. I was able to surprise my gf with a beautiful gift of roses for free! the views from my apartment and the roof are unbeatable in tremont. the team here has made making a home at eg very easy and enjoyable."
