"Lived here a year, no real issues, leasing and property management are very friendly and helpful, maintenance is always on top of any issues. Every apartment complex has a few bad tenants but for the overall experience i have no complaints."

"The rent prices increased but the conditions have gotten worse. Constantly coming home to trash and debris in the hallway/ common area. Shopping carts are strewn throughout the complex. Maintenance doesn't fix anything despite seeing a problem. This is the worst conditions I've ever lived in. Don't move here. Seriously!"

"I have lived in Broadview Gardens for about 12 years. During that time the complex has been well maintained, the maintenance fast and competent. The office staff have always been courteous and helpful. Every year the rent has gone up about $30-$50. However this year the rent increased by $143! I can barely afford that. Since they have been so great I have decided to stay but if they raise the rent like that next year I will have to leave, unfortunately. I am sure they have lost/will lose many tenants with that sort of rent raise. If they raise the rent that much next year I will have to move out."

"Small and over-priced. No central air. No dish washer, even though it stated I would have one. Maintenance men are rude. Leasing office never answers the phone. Called 2 weeks ago because I found a bed bug, never received a call back. Just today I got a bogus 24 hour notice to have all my clothes washed, everything bagged up, and my cat out of my apartment in a day or I will be evicted. Meanwhile, I work a full time job and do not own a vehicle and they expect me to do all of that. Waiting two weeks to do anything is unprofessional and disgusting. Bed bugs came from a different apartment and seems like they’re not treating the whole building. I knocked on their leasing office for an hour during business hours, no response. Heard someone in the parking lot a week ago talking about bed bugs. Take your business elsewhere."

"Been living here for two years and the management company in charge of the complex wants their money but they don’t want to fix anything that really needs to be fixed. The roof has been leaking through our ceiling for the past 3 months, at least and they won’t get a roofing company to come out and fix it. Plus, we’ve also had a leak in our furnace room which may have caused mold and we don’t know if the furnace will work this winter. They also use fear tactics to scare you into thinking that if you have fees on your account, they can evict you. Be smart, do your research. You have rights as tenants."
