"Lived here for two years. Liked it until an apartment two floors below me had their ceiling collapse and the building manager's solution was to open up my apparently shoddily repaired wall, revealing what he called black mold, before immediately pretending he didn't. They also left it that way for a week, with no support and no protection despite the presence of biological contaminants. Pro-tip: do not repair plumbing with radiator hose. Do not trust them. There was no renumeration of any kind, of course. He was quite combative in later interactions. Absolutely cannot recommend. Neighborhood cats were cute, though?"
