"Great spot to live if you’re entirely self sufficient, which means not even relying on the complex to keep the washers and dryers fixed. You get about 20 minutes of hot water at any given time so have fun doing your dishes in intervals and good luck doing anything after a shower. My building always smells like someone is chain smoking cigarettes and pot and the people I have over always remark on it. Multiple times I’ve come across a rude resident GOING THROUGH MY LAUNDRY. Last time I caught them red handed trying to pocket my underwear, how disgusting! I have only ever had one complaint and Rob was extremely rude about how he addressed me with the situation whilst my whole building smells like a crack addict has been shacking up in the hallways. They seriously need to put a limit on how many cars a single apartment can park outside the front doors because I’m tired of random people filling up the whole lot with no parking stickers. At the very least the neighbors aren’t very loud unless it’s in the parking lot, where they seem to have the uncontrollable urge to use their cars Bluetooth to project their entire conversation to a crowd of sleeping strangers. My apartment has multiple gaps in the trim work that allow spiders easy access, as well as a sink faucet that barely reaches into the sink. There are absolutely no studs in the walls so don’t bother hanging up anything unless you use thumb tacks or command hooks."

"Sad to leave Forest Ridge Apartments after 3 years, moving out of state. Great environment for children, never had an issue. Plenty of room to run outside and play. All the kids know Rob, great guy! Always responds to text with any questions I’ve had. Very helpful and understanding. Beautiful apartments at an affordable price."

"Going to be moving to North Ridgeville soon for a job on the Westside I just accepted. Rob was such an amazing help, and extremely nice!! He filled me in on the area after I viewed the apartment, which I truly appreciated! Great service and kindness is everything. I viewed several places in the city over a couple days period, but I'm definitely going to chose Forest Ridge Apartment for many reasons, and Rob's kindness and help is what sealed it for my daughter and I. "Landlord is terrible. He isn't honest and seems really put out if you need anything repaired. He took a package I had delivered. I only know this because when he mysteriously returned it to the mail area two weeks later(opened) his handwriting was all over it. Yeah Rob, we matched it up with our lease. When I complained about the nine day long 12 hour a day remodel going on below our unit he had his gf come in with his daughter and continuously hammer for 15 more days. He is very immature and petty. In the year that I've lived here, not once have I seen carpet being replaced. Pretty sure our disgusting carpet is 5+ years old. Padding is worn thin in many places and carpet is matted. The water smells horrible from time to time! (Great for your laundry) There are only two washers and two dryers for 24 units and the laundry room is filthy. This is the perfect spot for anyone who chain smokes outside, talks on speaker in the parking lot (at any hour of your choosing) and is missing significant parts of their exhaust."
