"I lived here for three years with relatively no issues. My only major complaint was the steam heat that seemed to run year round. I lived on the third floor and at times it was unbearable. This isn’t the type of apartment I would live long term but it was decent for the time that I did."

"My family and I have lived here for 5 years and counting and we love it! Our neighbors are friendly and the manager is as well. Every time we have needed something fixed it was done right away. Very spacious apartments that are well taken care of. We are happy here."

"I had lived there over a course of 2.5 years. During my 2.5 year stay my now 4 year old daughter has developed terrible respitory issues. She had tests run about 6m ago to figure what was wrong. Another test next Thursday now that we have moved. And then again in 6m. for our familes due diligence. My unit has had mold spout in the bathroom that i reported and a small section removed and patched. Terrible caulking around tub that molded 4 differnt colors- yet two times during my stay. loose drywall, bubbles and cracks under the windows from old windows leaking water. Huge crack under a.c. unit. Black spots on only exterior walls that management claims to be candle residue. Candle residue bottom foot of flooring under ac unit with a huge crack running 4 foot down the wall?? Same areas that I reported when much smaller over a year and half ago. Sure theres candle residue 4 ft up the wall. My units 4ft under ground with windows eye level. They charged me $350 to repaint this candle residue. Please keep your loved ones safe everyone. Theres a reason the for rent signs are out all year round."

"This is the worst place to live. They do not have a maintenance person and never come to fix the things that need to be fixed. I had a leaky ceiling for 6 months almost. I moved in in September and it leaked all through the fall and winter. DO NOT RENT from them unless you have to . I ended up terminating my lease with them due to issues with the apartment and management. If I could rate it zero stars I would. There were always fights in the hallway and drug deals going on outside my door. The cops did nothing about it and neither did the landlord since he goes to sleep and turns off his phone at 8pm which is right when all the trouble would start. He also told me to come knock on his window if I needed him. Im sorry but if there is a fist fight going on in my hallway I'm not going to risk getting hurt because you don't answer your phone... DO NOT LIVE HERE!"
