"We submitted the request directly with the help of our Manager for Avon Redwood on Saturday to remove the wasp Nest from one of the trees in the common areas. I receive a call from maintenance on Monday almost screaming to me about why I did not put my request using the emergency line if was Saturday…. So this wasn’t an emergency in first place just need it to be addressed for the safe of the community. If I had not received this call with that attitude my rating would be 5."
