"Great apartment with balcony on Highland. Located close to kroger, UC for school & hospitals for work. Management & maintenance are helpful & timely. Sam is wonderful to work with. Never had any bugs. Nice tenants. Lived on the 3rd floor for 3 years. Only moved out due to health & mobility issues. Deposit returned with no problem. Would recommend the apartment complex."

"I moved to the apartments on Glen Parker Ave for reference and really enjoyed my time there. My first time living in Cincinnati and I couldn't have asked for a better location and overall experience. I had no major issues with the facility or the other tenants and my maintenance needs were taken care of promptly, though for transparency I didn't have many during my 2 year stay. Most of my contact was with Jeweleen who showed me the apartment initially and has always been available during business hours in case I needed something. I live alone with my cat so the 2 bedroom option I went with gave me plenty of space for an office and extra storage. Had a good sized balcony that held a table, 2 chairs, an umbrella and a few plants with ease. Laundry onsite as well which was very convenient. My only complaint was that I like to cook and I found the stove to be a little small for my usual preference and not as much counter space but it worked just fine and a rolling island can solve the counter space. Great area too in Northside. Located next to or in one of the historic districts, I found myself taking many walks around the diverse neighborhood. There even a wonderful park just down the sidewalk that I've spent many hours in walking the trails and soaking in nature. And not far (a 7-15 minute walk or 2 min drive max depending on where your're going) is a great local scene of shops, restaurants, bars, and a library. Obviously with the pandemic, things slowed down a bit, but most of the bar locations had a plethora of live, local music. If you're a craft beer fan, Urban Artifact is within that 15 minute walk as is Higher Gravity, a bottle shop and taproom with an amazing selection of beer, local spirits, and a few TVs that broadcast sports. The Comet is also a must-visit bar with great tacos and burritos and atmosphere. Among the restaurants, there are some with a plethora of vegetarian/vegan options. And if you like gaming, there's even a barcade nearby too. For grocery, there is a Kroger less than 10 minutes away. And the OTR, Pendleton and Banks areas (downtown and by the river) are about a 15-20 minute drive away with plenty of spots to check out and parks to visit. Saddened that I'm leaving but I enjoyed it while I was there."
