"Very poor customer service. My son was locked out of his apartment we called the emergency number no one answered or called us back , this happened February 3, 2024. We have to find a locksmith and pay$80. I can’t wait for the lease to be over."

"Very False sense of security. Nice to you for two seconds. And you’ll be treated differently. Either cause you want heat in your apartment, or because you don’t want to take mail or packages that were left from previous residents prior to your move in. The list goes on but it’s not even worth it and they will just take it out on you anyway. And you will not receive response if you contact with an issue/for help. They ask for reviews for 25 off your rent in the beginning for a reason."

"If only ZERO stars were an Option!! Cindy is great the rest of the staff are not as helpful. Owner is extremely rude, uninterested and appears to be shady as the day is long. The property I lived in is now being managed by a diff. Company. The new property manager (Lisa,at All You Need Property Management, is amazing) allowed me to break my lease, due to out of state job relocation. The owner and property manager advised the Paradigms owner (Shelly Burkhardt) both verbally and via email, that the owner is ok with me leaving and authorized Shelly (owner of Paradigm) to refund my deposit. Lisa further advised that the unit was left in “PRISTINE“ condition. Shelly began asking when I moved, what date was my move out notice, etc…. AFTER being instructed by the PROPERTY OWNER to refund the 2month deposit. Paradigm is in no way involved(at this point) other than the they are HOLDING my 2 x monthly rent DEPOSIT!!! Why is she acting like it’s her money, when the property OWNER, who previously employed Paradigm, is telling Shelly to refund my 2 x monthly rent, this includes last months and deposit ($1630.00) Shelly Burkhardt is super shady, a major dis service to the propriety owners of the properties she manages. It sounds like Paradigm is ILLEGALLY CO-MINGLING FUNDS!!! Now let’s talk about the property condition: the halls were kept FIlTHY and smelled atrocious! The light were always out in the hallways, the back door is always left open, washer was broken for months. They only good thing was Cindy and the maintenance was speedy, exterminators were there regularly. I WILL NEVER REFER someone to one of the properties managed by Paradigm or live in one either. JUST TERRIBLE!! ***This is in the response from the owner: Look at the photos of receipts attached to the email sent to you for your reference!! OR.. See the photos on here for your convenience. I paid a deposit to hold the until on 1/13/23 ($815.00) AND last months rent ($815.00) and 1 month prorated rent on 1/19/23 = I am due last months rent and the deposit of $1630.00!!! 1. Two separate payments occurred. See the receipts dated 1/13/23 and 1/19/23*** Please refund the $1630.00 due. Why make this difficult?? Cough up my money Shelly!! I know you don’t want to go to court over this silly mess! **UPDATE…. after haggling back and forth and assistance from the NEW property manger,… they finally sent the full amount owed to me.** Smh just terrible, rude, not customer centric, and dismissive. I would rather slam my hand in a door 7 times, than EVER deal with these morons!!!"

"Paradigm Properties (especially Cindy) were amazing! PP was prompt with scheduling tours, maintenance, and follow up questions. After weeks of dealing with other leasing companies in Cincinnati who were spotty with replies PP was a Godsend. I really can't express how much I love my new apartment and am so happy I have such reliable landlords!"
