"We have been renting from Vinebrook homes since fall of 2021. I recently had a wonderful experience with Destiny. She was incredibly patient, kind, transparent, honest and helpful in answering my questions. While we have had issues in our home over the years, maintenance has always been quick to be there. Our home is older, and naturally will have extra issues, but they are always understanding and willing to try to solve any problems."

"30 plus work orders to get things fixed. Then if u don't renew lease they charge you 150 per month give u 2 weeks notice before telling you there going to raise your rent every 90days bc u wouldn't renew your lease. I'm so happy I moved."

"Been with Vinebrook 5 months now. We signed our lease with Alexis and she was was great. I've had some big issues but they were all tended to in a timely manner. Biggest downside was that the home wasn't move in ready and wasn't taken care of prior to us so there was a lot of work we had to put in and still have to put in. Also, always check your vents when you move into a new home because places don't care what you breathe in or apparently store your garbage"

"Only giving Vinebrook a one star bc I have to choose a star to make a comment. I have been with Vinebrook for 3 1/2 years the management and maintenance is completely useless. I have contacted them on serval occasions with issues within the home and had no one come to fix any issues. One being my heat went Out one winter and to mention I have 5 kids. Vinebrook did not respond to me until over a week later after I had already paid a company to come fix the furnace. Vinebrook has never refunded me my money. Now I’m having a huge leak in the house Carpet is soaked. Wall where the washer goes had a piece of wood screwed in covering a hole which I removed today and behind the wall is nothing but black mold. I have called the health department they were here within 30 mins and I have yet to hear from Vinebrook. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE BY FAR THR WORST!!!!!"

"I had recently gotten a rental property through vinebrook homes and everything went great. I was in constant contact with a woman named Tonya and she was just wonderful. We met at the property at the agreed time, went over all the information, and signed the lease that day. I'm still in process of moving currently but would recommend this company if you are looking for a rental home."
