"This place has no maintenance person for the last 3 months !! We have no one to report any problems to . The only time we see anyone is to pick up the rent money. Owners will not even help us . The carpet here sinks. In all 4 hall ways . We have people who r constantly running in and out of this place . City will not help us either ??!! They still have not fixed the drain pipe that is connected to the roof !! There r a lot of other problems!!! We have tried to talk to the people who is in charge of this place to no avail!!! They r not going to fix anything up !! If they where they would never have let that building get into that condition.."
"Good home for ppl who supposed to live on the property but its in the hood of all places an everyone an anyone will get in an trash the place an make it unsafe. Ppl dont take care of they animals properly an let them do whatever to the living area, ppl steal important things such as maintenance keys to get into everyone's apartments,holes in the ceilings, rodents in the walls,bed bugs you name it its in here, and ppl pee on elevators randomly.....ONLY INTHE HOOD PPL"
