"This place may look nice on the outside but if you value your parents or loved ones, do NOT let them live here!!! They just renovated and put most of the money in the common areas to draw people in but all you deal with is drama and b.s. They will write you up over gossip even when you have physical proof otherwise, the manager of this place will disrespect you and when you go to defend yourself she threatens to evict you out of the building. Your loved one who has already lived thier life can not have visitors because the other people there do not get visits so they will complain until you can't either. They have an 11 o clock curfew, they can not grill anymore because management threw the grills out even though residents spent thier own money to have them as it was previously allowed before the renovation. On Labor Day weekend some residents chose to grill off the property so they wouldn't break the rules and were told if they were caught bringing the grilled food into the building it was an automatic eviction, no 30 day notice. I was told that was from the owner, but I was not there, so take it with a grain of salt. THERE IS LITERALLY A WOMAN WHO WALKS AROUND WITH PEN AND PAPER TO REPORT YOU. Some people are allowed to break the rules though I am not sure if there is a complaining quota you must fill before you get amnesty, but if you mind your own business, this place is not for you. Ask almost any resident there, since Nicole left, the place is worse than a prison and everyone wants to move, unfortunately most can not afford it because they are on fixed income. I will be reporting the building to HUD as well as the manager, Barb. Unprofessional and childish. Enter this place at your own risk!!!!!!!!"
