Sawgrass Greene Apartments

"Horrible! Cannot keep landlords. Maintenance doesn't do their jobs. They are inconsiderate to tenants. The new landlord, just walks in apartments without warning. Rules in the lease change to whatever they feel they want to change them too. Kids cannot even play outside! Nor sit on their porches. Considering the loan to build these apartments was given so that they could rent to low income families, section 8/hudd housing, you would think the Woda Group would want their workers to at least be professional. Woda Group will not even answer tenants calls to fix any issues. People would save so much trouble by not renting from this company. I am praying for those that currently live there and that those whose lease isn't getting renewed, although being there for many years, going through numerous landlords is able to make a clean break and they don't make trouble with you renting somewhere else."
