She will file a 3 day notice with the courts but not actually give you one. She is a crook and will let you make all sorts of improvements just to turn around and force you out so she can sell the property for more money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL COMPLETELY SCREW YOU OVER"
