Timber Ridge Apartments

"Target people and won't fix shid my sink was clogged for weeks they was supposed to come fix it and never did now half my apartment don't have power"

"I have personally had only a few issues with Timber Ridge. Most issues get fixed quickly, but sometimes it does take a while for them to fix them. For what my Rent is, I honestly can't complain too much! Only real issue is both my A/C units are broken, and were that way before I moved in. [Edit] After new management took over I did get my A/C units replaced."

"Did not hate the apartment complex itself for the first two years the management was great we kept to ourselves everything is quiet the current manager is horrible and I feel she targets tenants and she's forced people to leave their Apartments yet giving her children an apartment to live in of Their Own. our bathtub was rusted all the way across the bottom was told it would be replaced after we moved in... numerous things were broken and we were there for years nothing ever got fixed"

"Recently lived there for 3 years never cause problems got along with everyone a house fire started in an empty apartment above us we were told to reapply and have since been homeless the other tenant AND HIS SON who lost their home is sleeping in their car poor management and poor maintenance"
