"I lived there for 5 years. The first 3 were wonderful and I loved it. Once Rachelle left everything went down hill. They brought in a new land lady April, then all of a sudden maitnece wasn't able to fix things that didn't work anymore. So I started looking for housing elsewhere. I had been promised for years to be moved out of a 2 bedroom and into a 3 bedroom because I have 6 kids. They lied constantly. Told me I had too many children and they were going to evict me after a year of April being there. I finally found a house for me and my children the day I moved out April walked out. They haven't been able to keep a manager there because of how awful things are. Locked me out of my apartment so I couldn't retrieve the rest of my belongings didn't bother to contact me so I could get them; once they got a new manager they threw away mine and my kids things. I've been gone for about 6 months now and now I'm receiving phone calls about damages from bill collectors. They never tried to contact me about whatever supposed damages were done. They're very unprofessional. If you have children especially I would not recommend you moving there. They would change the temp in my apartment like they pay the electric bill. There's plenty more. DO NOT MOVE TO BRACKEN CREEK!"
"Management is TRASH! Not only do they LIE, but be careful what you say or do. Favoritism at its BEST! They never fix anything when told about it, and feel the need to come and go from your apartment when they want. April the manager is lease violation happy…even if it’s NOT in the lease. Good luck!"
